Interesting article appeared in the Sunday addition of Florida today which could be of interest to all of us living within a Homeowners Association Development.

It could be possible some folks may not be able to open this attachment, for that I apologize. Having sad that, many folks should be able to obtain some degree of satisfaction from the article, our development not nearly perfect is nowhere in the troubled failed 50% grouping, at times we do dwell on the negative while overlooking the positive benefits of our community.
Its not free, it does come at the expense of some liberties, but the contributions of several folks to have a successful development.
Your HOA BOD is dedicated to working toward an attractive community that help us to maintain the full value of our homes in order to enhance our quality of life here at the lakes.
